Can I use the higher octane fuel for my '92 B2200?

I was also wondering if I could use a Lucas type treatment in the oil. 259,000kms

I also have that heavy smoke plume on cold start up.

The heavy smoke on start...is usu... the valve guides...seals leaking...not a big deal...

What kind of gas milage do you get with this truck...and MPG is what we are familiar with in the USA...

I just did 6 hours of higway driving & I got 10.29 kms / liter...that doesn't sound very good does it. I was doing about 110kms per hour.
