Bose Stereo System

In my "98" Aurora, When you first start the car the display on the radio has a E34 on it
for a few seconds. (Everything works fine). Does anyone have the error codes for the stereo or know where to find them without going to a dealership? Also does anyone know for sure how to tell if the theft-deterrent feature is activated for the stereo? If i ever have to change the battery i need to know before i disconnected the battery.
Thanks for the help.

Re: Bose Stereo System

All the Bose error codes are in the owners manual. Theft feature is active if "Lock" is illuminated.
