Re: remount the alternator

i would help you out but i think your a jackass, i'm actually still waiting to see those pictures and timeslips of your supposed badass truck......LOL your pathetic, claiming to have a truck that will "beat any rice burner out there" i highly doubt that, especailly a stock "extreme" s-10. nothing extreme about it other then the looks, which aren't even very cool.

Re: remount the alternator

First of all, " can't we all just get along " ? In regard to the alternator you have 3 choices: 1. Track down a used set of alternator brackets from an 87 Wrangler w/out AC 2. Buy those same brackets from a dealer who has NOS ( highly unlikely and sure to be expensive ) 3. Perhaps get creative and make your own using brackets from another application.

Just turn the A/C compressor into a air compressor and bolt a small air tank somewhere on the jeep. Then you can fill your tires anytime you need. I have a full On board air system on my YJ. It runs my ARB's Fills my tires and can run Air tools. I also have a little back up electric compressor just in case So I can Run my Lockers and fill the tires to get her home if I bust the main system off road.

Re: remount the alternator

I'd be interested to see how you turned your a/c compressor into an air compressor ozzy. E-mail me thanks.
