Question Can anyone identify this tool?

i've been clearing some of my dad's old junk and i found the above. That label in the corner is reads "Little Giant" and "Dellorto". Going by those 4 glass test tube thingys, I'm guessing that it's some kind of measuring tool for his old Alfa Romeo sportscar that he use to own, carburettor perhaps?

do any of yuo tech guys know exactly what this kit is suppose to do and how it works etc.?

thax in advance

sorry for the sucky pic. Here's a better one.

The kit is basically 4 of these, and yeah, i think it's some kind of tool for balancing dual Dellorto carb setups
