Good setup for p10

Im looking to redo the suspension in my 1992 g20. I haven't found to much info on this topic. I was wondering what the best performance and lowering kit i should get. It sounds like adjustables are the way to go but i dont know to much about adjustable shocks. i also need springs. Lots of info and or pics needed to find out what i need. thanks
