My wife has a 98 Cavalier, and she has a piecec of metal shaped like a credit card to use as an emergency ice scraper. She bought it to use with her last car (Nissan) and it worked fine.
Today she needed it for her Cavalier. She didnt notice anything at first, but when she was about half done, she noticed long white marks on the windshield. From the inside of the car, the marks look black. It looks like a scratch in the tint, but not the glass. Anyway, my question is, do I have to replace the windshield, take it to a shop to get repaired, or is there a quick fix for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
