Exclamation 3rd transmission in 2 years help!!!!

88 olds cutlass calais 2.3 quad 4 .tranny will go in 1st & 2nd but when you put it in drive it wont shift out & you aint goin nowhere .changed filter & fluid & added lucas trans treatment no luck.could something else be causing all my trans. problems.this is the third tranny in 2 yrs. help please.any suggestions will be appreciated.

are there and vibrations or shakes while driving? also have you been getting the same tranny rebuilt every time?
