Question circut breaker for power locks & seats

have a 87 cherokee. looking for the circuit breaker. manual says under drivers seat but can't find it . Does any one know exactly where it is located?

located in the fuse box under left side dash. most likely if stuff aint working, change the breaker, but likely isnt your problem, thers a connector that controls all, also lift up the rug where your feet sit when your driving, you'll have broken wires all over. trust me.

thx, I read in a book that there is a reset button under the drivers seat. couldn't find it. do you know where it is located?
