330i and a child car seat

So I'm trying to figure out if a childs backward facing car seat will fit comforatably in the back seat of a 03/04 330i? Anybody have any experience? Thanks.

I had one and it fit, just barely. It looked something like this (but much better looking)

It had a base that strapped in the car and a carrier that latched into the base. I think it was Evenflo brand.

Thanks for the info. Now when you say barely fit - did you mean with the front seat all the way forward, or at a comfortable setting so you could actually have 2 adults up front?
