Tamiya 911 GT3 *modified*

Here is some pics of the modified GT3 that I am doing.. I got the body mods done and wanted to start shraing the project.

I got an "ok" shine on it.. far from P-mans or Kunta or Hiroboy, but I this is the best I have done so far...

I enlarged the duct openings and removed the horizontal bars in the grille to make it look like Turbo openings:



I am also using regular rear difuser, intead of the GT3 spoiler... I think it looks cleaner that way. I never liked the GT3 spoiler

More pics of the interior and chasis to come... I am also puting on a set of the GT3 wheels but I painted it black for the race look...

OK some updated... body polished and decaled. Panel lines finished. Window trim painted.

the non standard rear spoiler delete ... (an actual option on the GT3)


All business interior... silver carbon fiber/aluminum accents...

i love the style of this model very clean, the color is excellent, and the wheels look great too! interior is slick! what are you talking about your shine isn't as good? i think it is fabulous!!

I am still waiting for your updated cabrio pics... You got me to start on this model, because of that whole discussion of what wheels to use for a correct replica.
