Non-vtec/vtec engine swaps

I'm aware this can be done with all 4th gen models (pretty sure ), I'm just wondering how much it costs to do this.

Scenario: 92' SI 2.3 liter engine with 120k miles swap for a vtec 2.2 liter engine with around 40k miles.

possible? also, how much generally would this cost and where can I get it done?

THANKS!
