To your surprise, it IS a decal that came in the set and I used Milano Red automotive paint *(milano red is an actual integra color)* It was easy to find too.. I got a can for 3 bucks at auto zone... hehe

Nice first model! Wuts up with the exhaust? Yea.. i kno... i had the same problem too (so i put a scratchbuilt muffler in its place). I guess the modeling cement just wont keep metal in place. On my ITR, i had a whole lot of trouble trying to get those decals on cuzz they keep on ripping and shit so i just dumped them. U should paint the trimmings on ur windows semi-gloss black as it will give the car a more realistic effect. Hope to see more projects from u.

the kit is made by Revell its actually in Integra Type R but I just did an integra... The paint i used was made by dupli-color.
