Talking Power

Hello all newbe here. Just bought my XTerra XE today with the power package. V6 3.3. All the things I read about the enging they say it should be more powerfull........ I just got back from a 2 hour trip and it was fine on the hiway and in town. Plenty of power. Love the truck I will send pics soon. It's blue...............Love it...yayayayaya

Congrats on the new X, and kudos for not whining about the power! It gets the job done just fine as you've found. Always gets my goat when someone buys a new SC then immediately starts asking "how can I get more power?" and I think "shutup, you've got 40 more hp than I do already dammit!"

Is it possible that the 2002+ V6's don't suffer from lack of power as much because of the higher ratio in the rear end? I thought it lacked a little when I first got mine, but after 1200 miles of "Break In" it seemed much better.
