NGK ZFR5F-11 , what's mean of "Z" "F" "R" "5" "F"

My car is integra AT 97' , I want to change spark plug, I think NGK is better. And the menu recommented NGK ZFR5F-11 , what's mean of "Z" "F" "R" "5" "F" "11"?

Need suggestion that which plug better than ZFR5F-11 when useing in integra B18B
