Oil Problem
I have a DOHC Vtec B16A2 Engine and I see theres oil around the rubber seal, thats the rubber beside the distributor on the engine! but there isn't that much oil there, but every week it sems to use alot of oil, I have to top it up very often, anyone have any idea? and I need a distributor as well, cos the one that was on it isn't the right one I have to mount it with a home made bracket!!! anybody know where I get one cheap? a second hand one or even one thats not working will do fine cos I just need the housing of it I can change over the inside of it, thanks guys

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that is one (or both) of your camshaft seals that's leaking. That should be fairly easy and inexpensive to fix. One of those seals had a design flaw and is prone to wearing out around 10,000 miles. And if the distributor is the wrong one the fit may not be correct either, allowing oil to leak through those seals as well.

Try replacing the distrib. o-ring. Its under $1.00 from the dealer.
