86 Civic DX and 87 CRX Si Engine Swap
Needless to say, I'm a car noob. I have an 86 Civic hatchback DX. A friend of mine has an 87 CRX Si with a rusty frame. The engine is soild, and mine is ready to kick the bucket. I was wondering if I could do a straight swap with out mods. I know that I'm not providing the proper information, but I'm not really sure what I need to prove in terms of proper info. Could anyone help a noob with this? Note, this car is my day to day beater - I love the gas mileage - I have a long commute.
Thanks |
