Unhappy 2002 I-35 hesitation and loss of power

One year old I-35 with intermittent hesitation and some loss of power. Dealer has checked it 3 times and says specs are correct. Didn't help my problem. Got a link (which I have lost) that gives TSB's for similar or same problem. Gave copies to local dealer who says he can't get into website without a password. Anyone familiar with the problem or links?
Thanks

Service Bulletin Link

Greetings Nowino,
I have a 2002 I35 with 12,000 miles and have not run into any problems. I'll look for the link I use to check out service bulletins and will post another note shortly. I'm interested to hear what the problem turns out to be. The 3.5 and the previous 3.0 V-6 engines are very reliable engines. I know some German cars had problems with the individual coil packs. It was a large number of bad units. Not sure if that is causing your problem. If Infiniti put the car on the diagnostics unit and can't find a problem it might take a while to figure it out. I use premium fuel only, no "off" brands either.
Let me find the link and I'll post another note.
Regards,
Shortimer

Try this link

Greetings Nowino,
Try the following link for service bulletins. You can check on any car by inputing the year, make and model. If the link works go to the Service Bulletin Database section and do your search. I found 14 bulletins and one concerning loss or power, rough idle etc. Good luck.

Smile Hesitation, loss of power 02 I-35

Thanks, shortimer. Problem solved. Just after I posted the note, the dealer service rep called and said they had re-programmed the computer. Got the car back and acceleration is, once again, silky smooth with all power, just like new. Will keep the link you sent, in case.
Thanks again.

Good news

Glad to hear it turned out to be something fairly simple. I'm not sure how your car's computer could be dropping code but it's good the dealer got it squared away. There should be NO charge for the fix.
Regards,
Shortimer

Thumbs up I-35 hesitation

Thanks again. There was no charge. It just took 3 trys and TSB printouts to get their attention.
