2003 Cherkee Rear End Lubricant??

We have a 2003 Jeep Cherokee 2 Wheel Drive, with what apparently is a common noise coming from the rear end.I complained about this to the dealer and they knew what I was talking about and said they all do that. That was from 2 different Jeep Dealers. If you make slow hard turns you will hear the groan/moan/tire rubbing like sound.2 dealers and numerous replies on another web site seem to confirm that yes they all do that. This is completly bizarre in my opinion.Unfortunatly we didn't hear these noises when test driving the Jeep, luckly its only a 2 year lease and we had this all wrote down on the repair reciept just to be safe.Anyway what my question concerns is: we heard there is a lube that can be added to this rear end that can if not eliminate at least quite down the noise.Has anyone heard about this, tried it and what kind of lube is it?Any information on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Mike
