Thanks to you Guys

Sounds a bit chessy I know, but until last October 2002 when I joined this forum, my modelling skills were crap, but since then they have got better and better, and all this is thanks you you guys.

My paint work is now 98% perfect, I have panel lines, I have now mastered the use of putty which was one of my big problems. Scratch building bit is now fun not hard work. Attention to detail.

Downside is spending far too much money on models, wheels and supplies and S.A.S. Bits, always high on fumes.

You guys and this forum rock and seeing other peoples work, just inspires me more.

up to AF and all here that make it so fun.

Same here. This forum helped me so much. I remember when I first came here and posted pictures of all my models. They werent even painted. Now I always paint and polish my cars. A great thanks goes out from me also.

j/k.
I have to agree 100% with you Steve....I've learnt so much from all you guys in the last few years....more then going to the local model club.
And yes......the down side is the amount of money spent....but well worth it !!
The place is almost like a drug....just cant seem to get it out of ya system once you get here.

Thanks again to all of you on making this place fantastic.

Same! Seriously if I hadn't discovered AF, well, in short my models would have just sucked. I continue to learn more and improve my modelling thanks to AF!

Exactly the same with me, i dont even think i would pay the 25 dollar for internet, and the cabel modem, if i havent discovered AF. I have learned soooo much just since i've registred since Febuary. Its the best think i have done, but now i also spent almost too much on models, and spend too much time on Af.........nahhhh thats not possible! I love this place! I can get away from all my friends and family for a bit and their shit i have to deal with. I cant explain how this place has helped me, and how cool it is, it awesome, idk what i would do without AF. ???? I hope i dont have to worry bout that someday, but the popularity increase lately i dont think i will. Who ever created AF, i honestly dont know, and sorry if its a dumb thing, but the should get the nobel prize or sumthin. Just wanted to say that. P-man is 100000% right this place is a drug, and the money spent on modeling, but its DEF. worth it!!!! Very Much. Thanks everyone at AF!!!!!!

To be honest I might not have been involved in the hobby if I haven't seen Pman's R32 and then found this site and now(inside two months)I have a 10 model pile, two finished models, and on going projects(2 of them almost finished)and I really see that even my second model(the 911)looks better than my first and the ones I'm working right now even better....Just hope in one year my models are as good as Hiroboy's models in in 5 years I might get that Pman shine...

So a big thank to everyone hear for every comment and every advice...

P.S:The same downside hear...Much money spend on models and modelling resources and I want even more...and more and more...(I think you know how it feels)

Thanks...
