I have three of them on my shelf :

Mercedes CLK-GTR (?) full view
Porsche 911 full view
Ferrari F50 full view

I haven't begun any of them yet.

It's true that I don't find any more in the stores.

Here is the Toyota TS020 completed.

I also have the Porsche 911 GT1 to be built soon. Big plans for this one! I'm using the Champion STP decals for this build instead of whats in the box

I'd love to get the F50 and CLK GTR.

Enjoy!

I just got this in the mail yesterday. I'm not sure when I will get the chance to start the build though.

By the way, I noticed all these injection holes on the clear shell. How do you guys go about getting rid of them? Sand and polish as usual?

Would be an awful amount of work! I just left it as is.

Dagger....how many injection marks do you notice on your 1/24th scale kits? If I can remember correctly, I must have counted at least 6-8 fairly good sized ones on the Ferrari's cowling.

Probably were around that much. Now that I think about it, probably wouldn't be any worse than polishing out a painted car body. I'd only worry about the pin marks in the hard to reach places. One would start with 3200 or 3600 grit then work their way up to 12,000, then use polishing compounds to restore the plastic back to its normal shine; same as fixing scratches on a window, I think there have been tutorials covering that before.

Lowcrome:

I think I got mine for about $30 US.
I'm pretty sure I bought it off of EBAY.

There is one currently for sale on EBAY for $30 shipped inside the US.
And another one for $16 or so.
Check it out.
