get this... this just concluded a day or two ago...

My g/f hit the backend of an EMPTY trailer on this farmer doods (parked... snicker... shes a dumbass) bigass truck and it totaled her car and only barely messed up his back fuckin TAIL LIGHT on his TRAILER and he even got a replacement truck and everything that day in an hour or less while they "checked his truck for damages" and gee, it happened to be just fine...

Well this particular farmer doods brother in law was a lawyer and he hears about it and figured they could all get rich off of this shit (while inadvertantly ruining someone elses life... but who cares about that)
...so almost a full year later they come back and try to sue her (she was a minor at the time of the accident, by like days... lucky ass her) for $60,000 in "damages" because he claimed it ruined his entire year of work because she 'messed up his truck'.
What this super intelligent lawyer failed to notice was that little fact of her being a minor and you can't sue a minor. So her lawyer sees the case and just starts literally laughing in his office with all of us sitting there. they go into the courtroom for the trial, her lawyer lets the other dood tell his sob story then turns and gets the shit thrown out because shes a minor.

Then they turn around and try to sue her dad for the same reason. Of course they've got piles of evidence against their case that they fail to take into account. Her lawyer says this is the most ridiculous case he's ever even HEARD OF and it was obvious to every single person in the courtroom that the dood just wanted money. They go to trial, he retells the sob story, then her lawyer turns around and gets it thrown out AGAIN cuz all he has to do is show the court the evidence that the truck was fine and that the farmers records show everything absolutely normal saleswise, cropwise and all that the entire year, which the prosecutors didn't have ANY of to help their case. So after ALL that it's been like a year and 6-8 months now... the farmer is way in teh hole because of his legal fees... then they go AGAIN and sue the INSURANCE company for underpaying them or some stupid shit, even though they replaced the old junkey trailer with one fucking busted tail light with a BRAND NEW ONE. The insurance company had of course had the farmer sign some sheet saying he was fine with the money they gave him. All they have to do was show the sheet and it gets thrown out AGAIN.

So now the farmers broke because he was trying to be greedy, he's got all these legal fees, he's lost months of his life in the judicial system and he's lost money on his crops because he didn't care to sell them. He was too busy off 'getting rich'...
And I hope he jumps in front of a damn truck. Why can't people earn an honest living? I swear to God... it's all get rick quick bullshit and screwing other people so bad they'll live the rest of their lives trying to get out.... just so you can have money you didn't earn to blow on shit you don't need.

I've got a worse story than that but this post way surpasses the alloted amount of typing i do in a normal day so I'll wait for more posts to type that one out.

a'ight get this... there's this dumbass motherfucker around here with a beat to SHIT toyota supra. The newest gen, 93-98 kind. It's got dents all over it, the engine is making some noises I've NEVER heard before, the taillights busted, the back windiw is straight SERAN WRAPPED. I almost cried when I last saw it. And it's beat like this because the owner can't afford to fix it.

There's this kid in this real small hick town a few miles outside of our city. The kid, BUDWORTH * (name changed to protect the retarded), is with his best friend in their truck... There's some guy who was in the wrong lane or something and they have to swerve and he flips the truck. It's not his fault but the other guy just drove off. So budworth has this ear problem because he landed on it. He gets over it in a few days but goes to doctors trying to get them to believe he's still got this problem. He goes to doctors all over the county who don't buy his shit till he finally finds one. Then he takes the doctor to court with him and shes his best fucking friend for $170,000 for 'damages'. He only gets $40K but he goes around telling everybody that he got $170K... Then he takes all this money and goes and buys a (non turbo) Supra with a shopping cart wing. Spends ALL his money on this Supra (yes all 40 grand), no modification... just a bigass wing. This kid can't even afford insurance. He lives in a doublewide trailor and his mom, who works at Wal-Mart, has to pay his insurance for him.
He then proceeds to get the shit beat out of him in his town for being a dick. So he decides to go to the high school I was attending. He comes acting all cocky and gets the shit beat out of his CAR with a damn baseball bat for being a dick, among other things... so now he's driving around with a shitkicked Supra, finally lost the damn wing, everybody hates his ass, he's lying bitch shit and he's got no money. He had a party the other day at his new apartment. people intentionally trashed the place BAD.
