whistling sound

I installed an intake on my car the other day(which contrary to popular belief does make a difference) and now my engine is making a whistling sound at high rpm's. I think it's probably coming from the tube which attaches from the intake to the engine. Is this normal

Yeh its normal. Nothing to worry about. Make sure the hoses are connect right.
