Throttle Body Repair
Hello & Thanks in advance.
Any tips on removing and cleaning the throttle body. My game plan is to JB-Weld the leak I have and clean the MFI Sensor and any other parts that need cleaning. Any tips or links on this will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Throttle Body Repair
Don't use anything harsh like carb clearner, it could strip the clear coat off.
If its a drive by wire system, don't force the throttle plate open or it will loose its calibration. Caution - Let the electronic accelerator open and close throttle plate, else a DTC code will be thrown. |
