99 chevy blazer ac blender motor
i took out the actuator for the climate control and found out the gear is craxked so i replaced the gear and put it back in but when i put it back in the control does not work. before i put it back together i rehooked it up to see if it was moving it was after putting it back together it does not turn any help with this problem what could it be??? TIA

Take the actuator back off and check for binding or broken blend door.
