2005 2.4L DOHC 02 sensor location?

Hi, I recently purchased this vehicle for my wife and when the check engine light came on we had the code read and it stated the bank 1, sensor 2 was bad. Just wondered if someone had a good diagram showing where this might be located? I see the one on the exhaust manifold but thought this might be the one that it says is near the cat?
