buick regal 2000 lug nut bolt.

I have a 2000 Buick Regal and I need to change one of my lug nut bolts on the passenger side, front.

Do I have to take off the brakes or can I do it with the brakes on.

What I really need to know is how do I change one bad lug nut bolt? If anybody can help me please do.

Yes, the brakes need to be removed. The stud can be driven out with a hammer, you may need to take the hub loose from the knuckle in order to get the stud all the way out. There are installers available to pull the new stud through. You can also use an extra lug nut and washer to pull it through.
