K6

Terv.
What you see in the pictures below is one of my oldest models re-built. All the details were seperated and paint removed. Only the front of radiator grille and windshield wipers remain in original chrome. All other chrome was done useing "ginsan" magic chrome powder. Only the radiator is covered in BMF. Kit featrues an engine aswell, but the manufacturer doesn't include an open hood version and as I wanted to get this thing off my desk as fast as possible I decided to glue on the engine covers. As this is already once built kit and I'm not trying to hide it, some of the details show some wear on them. It's mostly seen on windows. Shure, I could've polished them, but I wanted to keep them that way. Shows it's "hard life so far" and maybe even adds some character to it.

Mark / Make - Hispano Suiza
Mudel / Model - K6
Aasta / Year - 1934
Tootja / Manufacturer - Heller
Skaala / Scale - 1/24

Re: K6

Very nice! You could call it an unrestored original. The not so perfect chrome on the bumpers and what not goes quite well with the "old glass". You should make a Barrett-Jackson style auction block display.
