fuse problems

hey guys i own a 95 crown vic and ive replaced the starter checkd connections, purchased a new battery, changed terminals, and ive managed to cut my problem down to a single glass fuse that was pulled out when i had it diagnosed a few months ago but i never asked where it was located but the guy said it had something to do with my car starting but i cant find it if anyone knows of any other fuses elsewhere. my car clicks and doesnt turn over at all when i engage it
