2000 mustang gt lossing power

I have a 2000 gt that is randomly loosing power. I have changed the intake, fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, injectors and all 8 coil packs. It runs fine with a slight sputter in the exhaust( there are no cats, BBK x pipe and Mac cat exhaust) then out of know where it will start to fall on its face. This happens at random speeds. If i pull over and let it stall and wait a few minutes it starts back up runs fine for a while and does it again. I have checked compression all cylinders are fine and checked fuel pressure and it is fine all plugs are firing. There are no codes other than bank 2 cat efficiency below thresh hold that has been there since day one with no problems, this code is there because it has no cats.I can find no vacuum leaks. It does seem to be running lean just from the smell of the exhaust that burns your eyes, but the fuel pressure is where it is suppose to be at 42 psi. Any one have any suggestions.

Did you replace the air filter, and clean the MAF/IACT sensors?
