95 Sonoma 4X4 rough idle

Hi 4.3 litre vin Z, automatic transmission when it is idleing it kinda shakes the truck I put a new o2 sensor on it then I got a fault code 32 EGR Valve but it is closed at idle I took it off and cleaned it out and when I have a power loss going up a hill I let off the gas I can hear a click sound im going to replace the EGR,but it was idleing rough before and the EGR wasnt opening when i cleaned it out it was stopped up with carbon pretty bad but i just would like to know why im getting a idle like that new plugs plug wires dist cap rotary button no vaccum leaks Thanks

Ok i put a new EGR Valve on the truck and it still cuts out when accelarating and still gives fault code 32 any idea what to change next.
