05 Focus tranny problem

162k on this focus, the tranny is shifting funny, usually between 3rd and overdive. I have been told it's anything from a weak battery yo some modules in the trans it self. Fluid has been changed every 40 k. Any ideas would be great.
Thank you John

Can you describe in more detail about what it does or does not do when shifting from 3rd to overdrive.

Re: 05 Focus tranny problem

It just kinda bucks and if lift off the gas it will shift into over drive, and if you step on it, it will shift almost normally.

Thanks,
