97 Lumina Electrical Starting Circuit

Neighbors Car, No OEM Shop Manual (yet)
Orignal Problem Would Start Sometimes, Now, Not At All
New Battery, New Starter (This Is Where I Came In)

(1) Will Not Crank From Key-Start Position, Verified Key Ign Sw In Start, Ohm Contacts/Good,
Red-Wire Hot, Yellow Wire-START
Have 12Vdc @ Switch, Fuses Good + 12Vdc Feeding Them, Ign-Relay Ok, 12Vdc Feed, Relay Coil Ohm'd-Good, Can Feel Relay Click When In ON-Position. The Start Circuit From Ign-Sw To Start Relay Fuse (Yellow-Wire), Then To Park/Netural Sw (Pink-Wire), From Park/Net Sw (Yellow-Wire) To a Theft Deterent Relay N.O.
Note: The Theft Deterent Relay Is Controlled By The Theft Deterent Module(Yllw-Blu-Wire)
From The Theft Deterent Relay (Pink-Wire) Feeds Starter Solenoid.
Have No 12vdc @ Starter Solenoid.

This Is Day1 On This Car After Work, Tomarrow Will,
Going To Check 12Vdc Feeding Park/Neut Sw & 12Vdc Output Feeding Theft Deterent Relay Coil.
I Noticed From a AutoZone Online Starter Circuit Print (Basic Block Diagram/No Pinouts)
The Park/Neut Sw & Theft Deterent Relay Can Be Bypassed/Jumpered Sending 12Vdc From Ign-Sw To Starter Solenoid (Troubleshooting Test Only).
I Cannot Locate The Theft Deterent Relay To Try This.
Anybody Know Where This Is Located?

(2) Last Attempt Made Today Was, Ign-Sw ON Position, Applied 12Vdc Directly To Starter Solenoid, Car Started Right Up, BUT, I Always Get The Weird Shit,
After Aprox 10 Seconds Car Shut Off, ??
Check Fuel Pressure 45psig, Before, During, Even After Car Shut Off.
While Car Was Running,
The Check Engine Service & Security Lamps/Indicators Were Off.
(They Illuminate In The Ign-ON Position).

Without Prints/Knowledge I'am Suspecting The Theft Deterent Relay N.O. Starter Contact or Maybe Coil, Not Sure Yet If Relay Is SPDT or DPDT(s).
I'am Also Guessing That, Maybe The Theft Deterent Is Shutting Down The Car, ??

(3) This Should Not Matter, But, Disconnected Battery, Both-Sides Before Lowering Steering
Colum And Disconnecting Colum Large Elec Connector (Air-Bag Incl w/Connector Harness).

Any Takers? Thanks Jeff Drescher
