94 Chevy Silverado 4.3 V6 - No Power

Hello and Thank you for Helping,

I have a:
94 Chevy Silverado Pickup
4.3 V6
C/K Series, Regular Cab
2 WD, Auto Trans, AC Work Truck

When I try to start the truck I have no power. I also do not have power to the lights, radio, horn or any of the normal sources. The truck was running normal and one of the family thought they left a light on and ran down the battery. I installed a new battery, cleaned the terminals, and verified that the new battery is good. I even used a booster cable as a ground from the negative side of the battery to the engine block, but still no power to the lights, radio or starter.

Start tracing your cables/wires. It could be that a ground or power wire is out of place or is broke.
