Re: Porsche GT2 Flat black

I don´t like this "flat-paint-trend" that much. But if you do so, less shiny wheels would look better in my mind.
What about paintig the center of the wheels black or dark grey?
...And put on the missing indicators at the front

Re: Porsche GT2 Flat black

Well i DO like those flat coloured cars and this one is no execption. Well it's nor really flat, it's more satin. A dark red would be nice to. But it's a great way to build something really quick if you don't want to polish ;-)

Re: Porsche GT2 Flat black

I think it looks quite good. What's that thing sticking out the bottom at the front? Didn't realise everyone was doing flat cars now, lol, I've got my own flat black car coming up . Wheels do seem a little too shiny, but still looks good...like it just arrived at the track ready to do some laps.

Re: Porsche GT2 Flat black

Wow, who would have thought that a Porsche could look good in satin black .

Re: Porsche GT2 Flat black

not exactly oob...
you smoothed the flares and jacked the rear wing.
"flat, matt, suede" whatever you want to call it works much better on real cars simply because it's a surprise in a sea of shiny cars.
IMO tinted windows, smoke corners and darker wheels would finish the effect.

Re: Porsche GT2 Flat black

The flat black looks pretty good on this car. The wheels could even be painted in a gunmetal and that would look alright.
