Looking for some advice. I have a '99 and when I come to stop I sometimes get a "bump" in the driveline coming from the rear just as it comes to a complete stop. Sometimes the stop is smooth, but as soon as I release the brakes, I get the bump. Had the transmission checked and it's fie. Could this be anti-lok brakes?

Slip yoke
The slip yoke that goes into the transmission causes this problem.
There are 2 options for repairing this....lubing the slip yoke splines with the special lube or replacing the yoke with the updated part......both of these are available from your GM dealer. Also check your U-joints.
