hi i have a 95 blazer that i just had replaced the spider assembly on and once i had put everything back together it is hard to start and when i put it in gear it slams into gear and when going down the road it shifts really late and when it does it is kind of a hard shift. could this be a vacuum problem at all any suggestions will be appreciated

also i have a bad motor mount on one side could this be causing the hard jerking problem when i put it in drive or reverse?

vacuum lines scope out fine. i have no readings tho i will get vacuum readings but it is less than likely this is my problem
