Has anybody painted their car?

I wanna get my car painted, just painted, im gonna sand it and everything, i was just wondering if anybody that has got their's painted theirs could give me a price, like how much they payed, also, is macco any good?

i got mine primed and painted for $350 a couple years ago. not a great job, but it was alot better than when i bought the car. are you going to prime it yourself too? cause i had called around back when i wanted to get a body kit and some places said that it they dont prime it, theres no warrenty on the paint job.

Ya, im pretty sure my dad is gonna help me prime it too, how much do you think it would be if i primed it myself, and all they had to do was cover all the windows and shit and paint it?

This sucks, i just got in a crash today, a little one, and there is a huge dent right behind the wheel well, and the whole thing is like pushed in, im bumming. But hey, my dad is awesome, and hes gonna help me fix that and all the rust! I'm just waitin for spring break.

i can't give you a price but keep in mind that the primer and the paint need to be compatible otherwise the paint will peel off. and maaco is not that great

Well, where you payed $350, thats in cali, so prices are high there right, cuz i live in ohio. Also, do you know a place where i could find like links to car painting places that have websites.
