well, i didn't have a 4th gen hatch, but i had a 92 dodge colt GL hatchback and i had 6x9s in the rear. they wouldn't fit on the side panels where a set of 5x7s or something was supposed to go, so i just had them mounted in the cover that goes over the cargo area. the shop put in metal support pieces and did a really clean job. i think i have a picture of em somewhere, i'll look for ya, but yeah, they were in the cover over the cargo area.

i had 6x9's on my tray untill the whole thing got nicked. they are actully pretty easy if you have time, you need to make pods for teh speakers to fit into. in the part that is lower than the rest. then just cut out the whole. pretty simple will se if i can get some picts

I have some custom made ones.
They are awesome, all then need is a good sanding then you can paint them any color you want. Or even wrap them in vinyl.

$50.00 + S&H takes them.
Pair of Blaupunkt components & crossovers included.
Speakers arnt the best but for that price I think there pretty damn good.
First email to [email protected] takes them.

I have custom built my rear deck for 6x9's in the side trays. But I haven't taken pictures yet. They sound dope with boston Cx9-3's in them cause they are completely sealed!! check back with me next week k.
