Angry Stuck 88 door

Hi, was wondering if anyone had an easy solution to getting a door to open. We're going to sell our Delta88 Roy soon and for the longest time the back driver side door hasn't opened up. The electronic locks won't open it, the interior and exterior handles move but don't open. Any suggestions or should I just not deal with it and see what we can get for the car?

Just an update... Found on another web-page that to try and get a car door open basically slowly pull up on the lock and pull on the door handle at the same time. For me I took off the plate that goes beind the door handle and had the power window attached to it. I was able to lift the door lock bar higher and heard a click. A few times of lifting this bar and pulling the handle opened the door. But it doesn't stay unlocked, so I'm going to try and take the lock assembly out later.
