Re: Volkswagon Ratbus
That is absolutely fantastic! I love it. As a Volkswagen enthusiast, I hate to see them in other than perfect condition. But this is really well done. The chipped, worn paint is just about the best I've ever seen. How did you do it?
The rest of your diorama setting is super cool, too. |

Re: Volkswagon Ratbus
WOW!!
Beautiful job, you did a really great job, that rusty paint looks exceptionally realistic! just one thing, i belive the roof is a canvas or some kind of fabric, so it shouldn'n look like the rest of the van. again, your work is fenomenal, congrats! |

Re: Volkswagon Ratbus
Really fantastic work throughout! The rust effect is astonishingly good! A real one probably wouldn't look as real. Can't say enough good things about this

Model is outstanding, did you use the salt and water method?

Very nice work!! I like the 57 Nomad on your website as well. Your weathering and rust looks dead on.

Hi guys great to see that you like my bus so much
![]() to answer your question about the paintjob: jes i use the salt an water method. on my homepage now you can see how i did it. look at: "rosten mit der salzmethode!" there you find it. the air condition is build by myself see you |
