i dont mind fiberglass all that much actually, i have been doin quite a bit with it lately, like bodywork and such and doin some on my console to mould it in its pretty fun, but once i finally get an amp i'll see if I have to make a rack like that or not.

It used to be flush mounted with the floor.
But my installer thought he was capable of making it look much better. So he rebuilt it!

here's the old one.

Looking nice Jeff, you got a nice setup going there.

well... there either still in the store lol, or my buddy has one i'm gonna get lol, havent decided yet, kinda want a new one but wanna see what he can come up with first, he has 3 nice lightning audio's, wants 100 bux Cnd each, but i might just get one for now. he used 2 with my box when he owned it and it pounded really well so with one for now i will be happy, i need to call him too and check up on that lol

ok i was wondering there, whatever you don't bolt them on the box, i can't stand that, either mount it infront of the box, or on the back of the seat. I had mine on the back of the seat.

what are those subs rated at? and are they single or dual voice coil? because seriously, i see no reason to have 2 amps for 2 subs unless they are dual voice coils. 1 amp will do just fine, you can manipulate an amp a lot easier that way. Just ask Melt I suggest to him how to hook them up, and it helped out big time.

Well a single voice coil sub only has one spot to hook up an amp, a dual will have a spot to hook up wires on both sides of the subs. If they are single voice coils, 1 amp will do you just fine. Just hook it up in a series like Jeff has his.

i'm pretty sure i know what u mean, on each side of my box it has a thing for one positive and one negative wire for the subs. if it was dual voice coil i would have 2 postives and 2 negatives per sub per side right? if thats not right then show me a pic so i understand lol

Yea it should be like that, but the best way to find out is to take out the subs and look. They could be dual voice coils and just running to one hook up on the box.
