Question Can I use this OBD2 catalytic converter in my Eg hatch?

I would like to use the GSR catalytic converter (1998) that came with my swap in my 93 Cx as well as the piping that comes off the headers that is in the first pic. I plan to get custom piping from the cat. back.

Will I have any problems wiring in both 02 sensors that are on the cat? I believe my OBD1 Eg only has one sensor, so I have NO idea what I am suppose to do.....

Thanks for any help!!!

PS <> Just don't want no CEL light when all said & done

Yes you can use it. I have a GSR test pipe. Just remove one o2 sensor and plug it up.

Did you post those pics on H-T?That motor is sweet.Import Auto Salvage rocks. You'r going to need to convert to a four wire o2 and wire for your air intake bypass, other than that,if your running the stock harness you can run a chipped P28 or a back dated OBD I ECU from a 94-95 GSR and run a knock sensor wire.

Yes same pics from H-T.

I didn't know anything about converting to a 4 wire 02 and wire for the air intake bypass. I'll have to look into that. As far as the ECU I'll be using an OBD1 p72.

Do you have any info on converting to a 4 wire 02 and the air intake bypass?

Thanks!

He isn't responding, but this is what I got from others. You wire the IAB,knock just like the vtec, running wires to teh ECU points etc...easy.The o2 no one has a straight enough answer (do you splice,add,etc...)so I ain't going to speculate, but,If you use a 94-95 GSR harness (still have to wire the IAB and, knock and vtec since the CX doesn't support them) the o2 should just plug in,but it would have to be a USDM harness(you may still throw a CEL,I'll have to check).
