and if you want to count the JDM CR-X Del Sol...then the Si and the SiR have VTEC too (sohc and dohc, respectively)

How would one go about getting a SMOG LEGAL B16 installed on a CRX Si 1990? [[Prices and all little details would be very nice. Smog pass for CA ]]

swap in a b16a3 from a 94 delsol dohc vtec and convert your wiring to OBD 1 and use all the smog equipment from the del sol and you can make it legal.
