Talking Fried Rice?

On my way to work I see several people everyday, I always see this 96ish looking Civic that could be refered to as RICED OUT. The diver seems to think he has a top fuel dragster as he is always trying to race everyone, and just driving like an idiot swerving in and out in a huge hurry to get no where in traffic. Well on Friday I didn't see him at the usual stop lights, I was running late...I didn't really notice that he was not there untill I saw him on the shoulder with allot of black smoke pouring out of the windows and hood. Seems that top fuel he was running finnally got a little too hot (Joke...He was not really running high octane or Alc). His car then became fried rice.

Heh, i gotta feel bad for the guy though... He's trying to keep his engine in good condition and it backfires. Well, some people just don't realize that econo imports arn't meant to handle certain mods like muscular cars. his loss

Is frying an engine on premium usually a problem for most cars? Or just that particular one?

Running higher octane is over rated! It's good for saving on fuel economy by slowing the burn rate down. Not soo good if you want to go fast though! When will these ricers learn that more isn't always better?

Oh yeah, your Rustangs are really invincible machines. Especialy the 90's Flexbodies, woaaah baby!!! talk about handling. Mustangs should make 500 HP, and they don't, you apes should bow down to the big "H", always more than 100 hp per liter!

Whoa, this guy really needs some insult techniques... Did he really call us apes? :hehehe: Well i guess he's right... we should all bow down to the "H". Yea right, buddy. Heres a better idea, how bout bowing down to the "N" in Nissan Maxima, Nissan 300zx(TT if preferred), and maybe a little "M" for Mitsubishi Eclipse, Mitsubishi 3000GT (again TT). Wanna talk imports? These could all whoops some serious Honda ass if equipt, some even unmodded. As you can see the world doesn't revolve around Honda.

OKIE now. you didn't just use the HP to Liter thing did you? LOL If imports have so called "more hp per liter", then how come they don't make bigger engines with more liters. Then the big H you make what, 1000 hp or something to the effect.......:smoka: :smoker2: :finger: :flamer: :eshooter: :bonghitte :rocket: :bathroom: :machinegu

I must really apologize for some people who own Hondas. I know you guys don't all think we're like this idiot. Some of us are more car enthusiasts than other single minded morons like this guy.

But seriously we do have more hp per liter cars, but in the end it's more about displacement and who can put the power down better. Umm I don't think FWD cars do it better than RWD - laws of physics, dirk. Maybe you should learn it sometime.

You can have a 800hp FWD Civic and a 800hp RWD Mustang, guess who would win?

Anyway enjoy!

Its a select few who push the limits, and shoot their mouth without knowing any knowledge of what they are talking about. I know not everyone is like dirk. Its all a matter of preference, and being able to pull the front wheels off the ground is where I like to be.

Im kinda glad the guy's car went up in smoke. Any idiot who drives his car like that deserves to have that happen. Maybe he will realize that gee, I dont have that great a car after all. More than likely though, mommy and daddy will fix it and he will be the stop-light racer again.
