Strut bars make an improvement the more the better (upper lower front and rear) anti roll bars and tie bars too.
And they make car look pretty too lol. I gotta agree with using good ones my friend ruined his hood when his APC front upper strut bar broke.:hehehe: :hehehe:

Whats the 1st reccomended upgrade on a suspension for a 98 honda civic ex?Also how would i go about lowering the car for that more aggressive look?

It depends how much drop you want. You will need some lowering springs or coil overs. I would also advise you get some shocks and a camber kit if you want a big drop.

I am looking to lower the ride enough to get rid of the fender gap.
But im also looking for more comfort and better handling.
Also what do antiroll bars do?
I can only guess they would get rid of the body roll that happens when you turn right?
