Its one of the many models that are not on the USDM market.

Its just a luxury version based on a 5G civic ferio from 1992 to 1997

Theyre available with 1.5 VTEC and 1.6 VTEC-E Engines

Theyre mostly FWD but apparently there is a 4WD version but ive never seen it.

Theres one guy I know who drives a done up one, its certainly unique as ive enver heard of another one

I havnt attached a pic here b4 so it might not work but ill try.

Then from 1997 they looked like this

sorry i thinnk thi spost is abit big

I wonder if it's related to the Acura EL (Acura Civic) that got sold in Canada...

Yes the one from 1997 on is what Acura EL looks like. Until 2001 when they got turn into Honda Civic in Leather. However EL doesn't use the rim on that car.

That's it! The EL. And from what I remember, it was a Canada-only model.

It wasn't an Aussie car. Try going to www.altavista.com, select translate and then drop this URL in from the Honda History page:

http://www.honda.co.jp/HOT/ModelData...0/line_up.html

for the 92-96model

and

http://www.honda.co.jp/HOT/ModelData...1/line_up.html

for the '97+

Make sure you select translate from Japanese to English. Most of the site becomes legible

Interestingly, I found out that one model of the 4G Civic sedan also came out with AWD in Japan from the same site
