1/16 Ferrari 288 GTO
This is the 1/16 Fujimi Ferrari 288 GTO. I used the F40 rims and tires on it. The rims and tire from the kit are way out of scale, F40's are better.
![]() ![]() Interior shot. Studio27 1/20 seat belt used. Windows are cut on the door. The clear window are too thick. The fitting for the doors are ok without the window. ![]() Fujimi kind of forgot to mold a piece for the airbox. It's missing a hose from the airbox to the turbo compressor. Another problem, why is the left turbo and right turbo compressor are different? ![]() ![]() with everything open.![]() ![]() Headlight deploy. ![]() PE emblem for the horse. ![]() The left one is the stock rim out of box. Way too small. |

Re: 1/16 Ferrari 288 GTO
So this is the old Enthusiast series kit, huh? How many parts to the engine? I always wanted one of these, but it looks like you had some fit problems. It seems that their 1/24 sets are pretty good. Do the headlights really have body-colored surrounds? I would've thought they'd be black. Nice looking build.
