what do i do first

ok .. i have a 2000 civic dx ... plan on doing a b16 swap .. yadda yadda ... thas not the point ... my question / questions are, what do i do first ... i have money to make this work i just need knowledge ... right now i have some cheap strut bars front and rear and some cheap coilovers (adjustable springs) what do i do .... i plan on gettin one piece coilovers and sway bars ... tie bars ... and mabye new strut bars ... also what tires are best ... i have falkens .. not sure of the model but i can check that out ... just didnt know if there was a certain best kind ... i also wanna know about weight distribution ... should i stick with a b16 or go bigger ... remember im not looken at alot of power i want handling ... so i figured the lighter engine would do me good ... also if i work the engine should i build it for high compression or look at a turbo ??? so what is your input ... i want to know brands, sizes, everything i need to know about cornering and how to put this all together ...!

stick with the b16..as for the b18 is costly more, and only for a little torque, if your oging to upgrade, either go directly for the kill and stuff in a B18c model, take your pick, or if you build up an ls-v-tec motor you can man-handle a b-16 easily. if you were to throw in a gsr crank, you'll keep a constant hp gain throughout the rpm's.

my suspension input would be koni yellows and ground control coils - if you dont mind the slightly bouncier ride from the coils. use a skunk2 camber kit and the comptech tie bar / sway bar combo. a neuspeed front upper strut bar and yo're set. peace

am i better off buying one piece coils or buying struts and then adj springs ... which is going to be better if there is a diff ... and also is there a diff between cheap adj springs like say aerospeed or good ones like ground controll?
