Cool Greetings, and a few more pics.

Gee, didn't take long to get recognized! Glad to have found this group. I've been on the Hobby Heaven message board for a couple of years, this group seems to have a good focus (no pun intended) on the kind of stuff I really like. While I build just about anything automotive, I lean towards sports cars, tuners, exotics, and concept cars. I do an occasional muscle car, classic, or street rod. Even done a motorcycle or two (really wish there was a Honda Nighthawk S model so I could replicate my 1:1 bike). I'm extremely impressed with the models in the galleries...wish my outdoor shots were as realistic. I recognize a few guys here from the other board...Veyron (aka Dino), 935k3, and Lownslow. Hey guys! My favorite racing is FIA world rallying, F1, and road racing-from LeMans to Road Atlanta.

Okay, here's another model of mine. A recent "restoration" of a Tamiya RX-7 Turbo. I built it when the kit came out, in a lame gold color. BORING. Got another as a club project, so I decided to bling it up a bit-and boy, I was happy with the results. Hoppin' Hydros Belagios, spoilers/ground effects from the Revell Integra. Engine/interior weren't touched from my original build-the interior is the same maroon I started with. Someday I'll build the Mazda Miata coupe concept...

As i said Bob, its great to have you onboard and that's the RX7 i was on about

I was very sceptical when i saw the pics of the focus on here, i thought someone was trying to pull a fast one I was very impressed with your work in that issue of SAE and i'm looking forward to seeing more of your work new and old and hope you are a regular visitor here.

WELCOME

Again, welcome Bob!! I didn't realize Veyron = Dino...

I've lurked and occationally posted at HH for a long time, but while the content of that board is amazing, the list format drives me nuts!

I love your FC!!! :flash: :flash: :licker: I've just recently picked up the same and can't wait to get to it!!!

Also, if you like, you can edit your profile to put your photo album URL in as your homepage so the link will show at the bottom of your posts.

I've been all through your online albums, and I considered 'borrowing' the box art of the F550 to freak out some of these guys... http://public.fotki.com/grdeyed/mode...nello2000.html

Spectacular work, and happy to have you here! :sun:

Hehe! That Maranello boxart really caused a stir! Had me going for months. They've even seen it at Revell...

That car (well, now the 575 M) is my ultimate holy grail. I want it in plastic, not diecast!

Thanks for the greetings!
