ANOTHER What the hell is this thing????????????
I was on my to Destin, Fl for spring break when im driving on 85 in ATL. where 400 ends, and I see this shit....

A few days ago I went on a trip with my electronics class and on the way down we saw this semi truck with huge chrome exhaust pipes sticking up. I told them some ricer would probably steal them and put them on their car. I didn't know it actually happened!!!!
